Terms of Use

Terms of Use for Notice

Last updated: 28 Oct 2026 · Draft

These terms cover your use of the Notice – Mindful Screen Time app. By downloading or using Notice, you agree to them. If you got Notice from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

The app

Notice is free. It has no account, no in-app purchases and no subscription. It shows a timer and reminders to help you notice how long you’ve been in an app. It does not block apps.

Not a medical or safety tool

Notice is a personal awareness tool. It is not medical advice or treatment. Don’t rely on it for anything where a missed reminder or alarm could cause harm.

No guarantee

Notice depends on iOS features such as Shortcuts automations, notifications, Live Activities and alarms, which you control and which can change with iOS updates. The app is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise the timer, reminders or alarm will always run exactly as expected. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using or not being able to use the app.

Your data

Notice keeps your data on your device. See the privacy policy.
